Our second concert took place in June 2014 in Los Angeles and featured a 10 piece chamber ensemble. The playlist below is the live recording from the event.

The second night in the Echo Society Seasons Series debuted on June 29th featuring nine new concert pieces and significantly expanded sound and light design. We were incredibly happy to welcome our first international guest composers from Iceland, Ms. Kira Kira, and trumpeter/composer Eiríkur Ólafsson. The Solstice evening performance featured a 12-piece mixed ensemble of strings, trombones, harp, and live percussion. Conducted by Joe Trapanese in a sold-out house at Mack Sennett, the ensemble was comprised of some of the best performing musicians in Los Angeles interacting with synthesizers, looped beats, and the various hybrid electronics that have come to define the Echo Society shows.
